Privacy Policy

Last updated October 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Philadelphia Technologies LLC d/b/a Praxis Technologies, LLC (“EXIT HOUSE,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit exit.house or use the EXIT HOUSE Interface (the “Interface”), and the choices you have, including how to opt out of analytics.

The Interface is designed to be non-custodial: you use your own wallet, you don't need an account, and we never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.

Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Wallet and quote information. When you connect a wallet, we read its public address and look up the assets it holds on the Ethereum blockchain. When you request a quote, we receive your wallet address and the asset, token ID or amount you chose, and we keep a record of the quote we sign, including its value, EXIT reward, exit fee and expiry. If we can't quote an asset, we record the wallet, the asset and the reason.

1.2 Public blockchain activity. Exits, rewards and staking are transactions on Ethereum, a public blockchain: anyone can see them, permanently. The Interface shows them too, including on the public Ledger, which lists recent exits with the wallet address, the asset, its Exit Value and its EXIT reward. No one, including us, can change or delete information recorded on a blockchain.

1.3 Device and usage information. Like most websites, our servers and hosting providers receive technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use it to deliver the Interface, keep it secure (for example, with rate limits) and fix problems.

1.4 Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Interface is used (see section 4).

1.5 Messages. If you email us at caretaker@exit.house, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.

1.6 What we don't collect. You don't give us your name, postal address, phone number or government ID to use the Interface, and we will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase. Anyone who does is not EXIT HOUSE.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide the Interface: to find your eligible assets, value them, issue signed quotes, and show your dashboard, history and staking positions;
  • To keep the protocol and the Interface safe: to enforce the protocol's limits and safeguards, and to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and attacks;
  • To understand how the Interface is used and improve it;
  • To answer your messages; and
  • To comply with the law and enforce our Terms.

3. Cookies and Browser Storage

3.1 Browser storage. The Interface keeps a few items in your browser's local storage: your wallet connection (the wallet you last used and its public address), so it can reconnect, and when each wallet accepted the risk notice. Wallet connection services such as WalletConnect and Coinbase Wallet may keep their own connection data in your browser. These items stay in your browser, and you can clear them in your browser's settings.

3.2 Analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies, such as _ga and _ga_<ID>, that tell visitors and their visits apart. They expire two years after your last visit unless you delete them sooner (see section 4).

3.3 Operator sign-in. The operations console, used only by EXIT HOUSE operators, uses secure session cookies. Visitors never receive them.

3.4 Your controls. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser. The Interface works without analytics cookies.

3.5 Do Not Track. There is no common standard for browsers' Do Not Track signals, so the Interface doesn't respond to them. You can opt out of analytics as section 4 describes.

4. Google Analytics

4.1 We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to measure how visitors use the Interface: for example, the pages viewed and for how long, and approximate location, device and browser. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect this information. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We use it to measure and improve the Interface, not to show you ads.

4.2 Google processes this information as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy. Third parties such as Google may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites.

4.3 You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by blocking or deleting cookies, or with your browser's tracking protection.

5. How We Share Information

5.1 Service providers. We share information with providers that help us run the Interface, as needed for their services: hosting, database and infrastructure providers; blockchain data, pricing and Ethereum node providers, such as Alchemy, Blockscout and OpenSea; and Google, for analytics. To list the assets a wallet holds, our pricing service sends the wallet's public address to blockchain data providers. If you connect through a wallet service such as WalletConnect or Coinbase Wallet, that service handles the connection under its own privacy policy.

5.2 Legal reasons. We may disclose information when the law, a court order or another legal process requires it, or when needed to protect the rights, property or safety of EXIT HOUSE, our users or others, including to prevent fraud.

5.3 Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5.4 No sale. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep quote and refusal records for the most recent 1,000 exits only: once 1,000 newer exits have happened, older records are deleted automatically (a quote that can still be used is kept until it expires). Our hosting providers keep server logs for limited periods under their own settings. Google Analytics keeps its data for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. Information recorded on a blockchain is permanent and outside our control.

7. Security

We protect information with technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), a strict content security policy, access controls, and quote-signing keys held in a hardware-backed key management service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Keep your wallet safe: never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone.

8. Your Choices and Rights

8.1 Choices. You can use the Interface without an account, disconnect your wallet at any time, opt out of analytics (section 4) and clear the Interface's browser storage (section 3).

8.2 Rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and some other U.S. states may also have the right to know what personal information we collect and to opt out of its sale or sharing; we do neither.

8.3 Requests. To exercise a right, email caretaker@exit.house. We may need to verify your request, for example by asking you to sign a message with the wallet it concerns. We cannot change or delete information recorded on a blockchain. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Where We Do Business

9.1 EXIT HOUSE is a United States business, organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It is not established in the European Union, the wider European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and it does not consent to the laws of the European Union, its member states or the United Kingdom. This policy and your use of the Interface are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as section 16 of our Terms and Conditions sets out.

9.2 We do business online only where it is legal to do so. Anyone who uses the Interface from the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom does so on their own initiative and on their own terms, and is responsible for complying with the laws that apply to them.

9.3 You use the Interface at your own risk.

10. International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

11. Children

The Interface is not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Interface links to sites and services we don't control, such as Blockscout, OpenSea, X and wallet providers, and some images, such as NFT images and token logos, load directly from the services that host them, which receive your IP address and browser information as any website does. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above, and we will give more prominent notice of significant changes.
